Monday Musings – The Home Stretch

I have 4 more weeks to go in this quarter in school. And then 3 months after that I will be done with school.

And let me tell you, this quarter has been intense. And next quarter is going to be even more intense because I have 3 lab classes, 4 if you count the internship I have to do/will be doing.

And even though it’s intense it’s fun.

So don’t think I’ve forgotten about writing. I have a ton of new ideas I’ve been jotting down and writing away on, slowly and steadily.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know that’s why things have been so quite.

Culinary is my other passion. Food is a new language for me now, which I love, embrace and want to keep myself immersed in. But it’s about balance.

And that’s what I’ve been struggling with. Trying to stay balanced with life, school, writing and relaxation to avoid overload and burnout.

I’ve also been reading a lot. I’ll do a few blog posts later on those books.

So what do Albert Einstein & Yoda have in common?

3 guesses…..

Okay…. 2 guesses………

Give up?……

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

Albert Einstein

Named must your fear be before banish it you can.

Yoda
Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.
Yoda

Both have quotes on fear that I like. And I figure would be a perfect way to kick-off my inaugural Fearless Friday post.

So what is Fearless Friday?

Quotes about fear, life, love. Things I’ve learned along the way about letting go, living in the moment, happiness, the pursuit of happiness. And even how it is connected to our need, want, desire for love.

Here’s a blog post I did about the Fear of Failure & Fear of Success. I will be touching on those subjects again also.

Do you have a favorite quote about fear, a quote that helps you get through those tough times or tough days and let you know things will be better, helps you to see that thinks will get better. If so, what is it?

And yes I know that is a really long, run-on sentence.
